Hannah Upham is a licensed professional counselor, art therapist and horticultural therapist in Lafayette and Boulder, Colorado. She has a private practice where she offers art, music, horticulture and play as modalities to help children, adolescents, adults and seniors through mental health issues, transitions and difficulties in their lives.

Creative Growth: A presentation discussing the naturally combined services of horticultural therapy and art therapy, in working with individuals and groups of children, youth and adults
Feel the Flow: Meditation Practices for Elite Athletes and Coaches: A presentation geared toward coaches and elite athletes to help accentuate the passion and the joy of the mind/body/spirit connection while participating in a sport.
